Founded in 2004 by a 16 year police veteran, Never Tap Out® (NTO) has given our Law Enforcement community a way to express the challenges of the job through unique apparel and merchandise.

This officers resume includes several wrestling titles as well as graduating from Shippensburg University where he wrestled division 1 in the early 90’s. Being involved with combat sports since the age of 6, being the defensive tactics instructor for his department as well as his love for MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) has brought Never Tap Out to where it is today. You will not find cheesy designs with little or no meaning. The NTO Law designs are specifically designed to showcase the passion of what the Law Enforcement officers job is all about…excitement, fear, adrenalin, passion and sometimes loss. The NTO Law designs are designed by a Law Enforcement officer for Law Enforcement personnel worldwide.
